When you have an old, Grade II listed building like ours and it needs re-rendering and painting, you really need people who know what they're doing and can work with you positively as things get discovered during the works. Zach and his team were exactly that. They completed the lime rendering to a high standard, whilst taking on chimney re-builds and even re-constructing a whole wall.The trust built up between us meant I could see what needed to be done and why, and was clear on the financial consequences. One of Zach’s strong points is his communication. During the quotation process and on the run up to the work, there were a number of issues to sort out and co-ordinate such as planning and heritage permissions, traffic lights and skip access. Zach was in regular contact and sorting issues before they became a problem. Zach is absolutely worthy of this five star review and I give him my strongest recommendation.
