The FMB Northern Ireland AGM will take place on 8 June 2021 at 7.00pm. All members based in Northern Ireland are eligible to attend and to vote at the AGM. Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s AGM will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.
We are a not-for-profit organisation that is run for the members by the members. Each year, UK areas hold their own AGM. At the meeting we will transact the following business:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
- To elect an Area President (Board Chairman) and Area Vice-President.
- To elect Members to sit on the Area Board.
- To transact any other business that is applicable to an AGM (this must be done in advance of the meeting).
