Trade shows are back in a big way in 2022 and with them comes the opportunity to showcase your business services on a national stage in front of thousands of homeowners eager to work with quality, reliable builders.
The FMB has partnered with the Homebuilding and Renovating Show and Grand Designs Live to help connect those with an appetite for construction with Master Builders who can help make their dream projects a reality.
That means you could take to the stage and deliver a Masterclass presentation to help homeowners find the perfect partnership, and / or meet a huge variety of prospective clients as an Expert Advisor delivering insights and advice to those with questions or concerns in relation to their next build prolect.
The National Homebuilding and Renovating Show, 24-27 March
The National Homebuilding and Renovating Show will take place at Birmingham's NEC arena from 24-27 March 2022.
Thousands of attendees will there to check out the huge variety of services and products on offer, not to mention the opportunity to learn from Masterclass presentations and get renovation advice from Master Builders.
Those taking part in the show will have the opportunity to advertise their business services on the show's website and be featured in the show guide, so it's a great opportunity to raise your business profile.
What's involved?
- You will need to be at the NEC from 9.30am-5pm on the date(s) you sign up for.
- You'll be spending 15-minute appointment slots with homeowners to discuss their renovation projects and offer guidance. Appointments are managed by the show organisers, with a free lunch provided.
- A clear headshot image and a brief summary of your experience and services will be required ahead of the event for the show guide / advertising.

Grand Designs Live London, 30 April until 8 May
Grand Designs Live London will take place at the ExCeL exhibition centre from 30 April right up until the 8 May 2022.
TV personality Kevin McCloud will reprise his role as host of this iconic show dedicated to bringing homeowners the latest in design ideas, innovation and home project guidance.
Visitors will be able to book consultations with Master Builders, whose services will be promoted to thousands of attendees in advance of and during the show.
What's involved?
- You will need to be at the ExCeL from 10am until 5pm on the dates you sign up.
- You need to be able to spend at least two full days at he show.
- Your time will be spend in discussion with homeowners about their renovation projects, with appointments managed by the show organisers on a first-come first-serve basis.
- A clear headshot image and a brief summary of your experience and services will be required ahead of the event for the show guide / advertising.
