In April 2023 FMB London Hub Director Sam Eden hosted a Q&A with member Jay Gentle from Prestige Build Management Ltd at the ToolFair at Alexandra Palace. Attendees gathered to listen to Jay discuss some of the key factors implemented by his business that made them the success they are today.
Jay gave some fantastic pointers but his key piece of advice to those starting out was that all businesses need to establish what type of construction they want to work on, and from there establish their key values. Stick to them therafter, and they will act as a guide through every tough decision.
