Commercial contracts are for projects where your client is a commercial business, corporation or organisation. They set out responsibilities, timelines and payments clearly, and help reduce the risk of disputes.

Each contract includes:

  • Compliance with duties under the Building Safety Act 2022 (where applicable).
  • Clear responsibilities for design, insurance, health and safety, and permissions.
  • Processes for handling changes, defects and dispute resolution.
  • A personalised front cover with your company and client details.
  • Space to name subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Editable sections with guidance notes to make completion simple.
