Conversion of an existing 4-bedroom mid-terraced property in to a 5-bedroom HMO with en-suite bathroom facilities. We converted the existing dining room into the kitchen, installing all new facilities. The property required full renovation and modernisation throughout. The conversion was carried out over a 12-week period with an estimated yield of 17.10%.
