Garden Rooms
Our garden rooms are used as home offices, art and music studios, hobby rooms or luxurious entertaining and relaxation spaces. Every room is individually designed and truly bespoke. We are not constrained by size or shape - dividing walls can transform the internal space, and there are options to add extras such as plumbing, sound proofing, fitted furniture, decking or pergolas.
Garden Annexes
Our garden annexes are self-contained homes complete with a lounge, one or two bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and storage space. An annexe is the perfect way to create extra living space in your home without the disruption and expense of a house extension.
The majority of our annexes are built without the need for planning permission as they are covered under the regulations of The Caravan Act. This isn't as complicated as it sounds, and we will guide you through the whole process. Importantly, the cost of an annexe built under The Caravan Act is largely free of VAT, making the project considerably more affordable than other options.
Commercial Garden Rooms
For businesses, an outdoor room is a shrewd way to get more productive space quickly and affordably. Commercial clients have used our buildings as meeting rooms, treatment studios, cafes and classrooms. We are also able to fit out your new workspace with bespoke furniture, display units or other custom features.
Our garden rooms are handcrafted at our workshop in Cambridgeshire using high quality, sustainable materials. The rooms are designed to be used year-round; they're built for the British weather, fully insulated and come with a six-year guarantee. We install garden rooms throughout the UK.

Pottery studio in city centre garden

This cute little garden pottery studio is a fine example of one of our compact Garden Pods. The pod measures a dinky 2m x 1.5m and fits happily (and unobtrusively) into this city centre courtyard garden.
Despite the small size, the room provides comfortable work and storage space for our artistic client. The high percentage of glazing gives a light and airy feel and ensures the room will be well ventilated in the summer months. The sedum living roof helps encourage wildlife into the space, and also ensures that the view of the terrace from the upper floors of this three storey house remains as green and lush as possible, even with the addition of a structure into the garden.

This garden room is really one-of-a-kind! The main room is a fantastic bright and airy art studio and study. A shed space has been created to one side, and its discrete access door at the back of the room means visitors to the garden would never know it was there.
The room is clad externally in Thermowood on all visible sides, with cost-effective Cembrit to the non-visible rear of the room. Thermowood is a Redwood timber which has been thermally modified to enhance the wood’s natural attributes, making it incredibly stable and durable. Best of all it doesn’t require treating.
What makes this garden room really special though is the large decked area to the front. The decking is constructed from a dark-coloured composite material, perfectly complementing the timber clad room with its anthracite glazing surrounds.
