Complete Home Renovation to a 4 Bedroom House

We worked on an entire house renovation for our client who resides abroad, which has it owns challenges when liasing with one another, especially when there is a seven hour time difference.
The house had an overflowing water tank in the roof which leaked and caused massive damage.
the first floor ceilings, light fittings, carpets were fully decorated and painted to restore back to new.
The ground floor and first floor had a substantial refurbishment programme.
We were in constant communication with the client, and kept them informed at every step of the process, in addition we also assisted with colours, kitchen design, layouts all via zoom.
Conservation Area Renovation

We were entrusted with a duplex flat renovation, the property was a historical build which need complete updating, but keeping the renovations inline with its traditional design.
The hallway, living room and bedrooms were all renovated, with the kitchen and bathrooms to follow in the summer of 2022. Aspen Design Build was responsible for the design, colour themes and furniture choices.
the wainscoting was fully designed and installed as per the client brief, along with all the skirtings, radiators, coving and carpets.
