B-interiors are a construction company based in New Cross, London, specialising in lofts and extensions. We offer a range of building services including house extensions, interior, exterior renovations and many bespoke options. B-interiors can provide a full service if required, with design, architectural drawings, structural calculations and application for planning permission all done on your behalf. All of our work is monitored by building control and covered by employers and public liability insurances.
Services:
Bathrooms - The specialists at B-interiors can fit a range of high specification bathrooms, with appliances to suit any of your needs. This applies to both standard fittings or bespoke bathroom items. In addition, we have designers to give you inspiration for your bathroom or wet room and all installations are done by certified specialist. We also offer state of the art electric underfloor heating for your bathroom floor, with an LCD climate control monitor. Standard bathroom refits can take up to one week, and B-interiors will cause minimal disruption to your home.
Kitchens - We offer a wide selection of kitchens to suit any taste, to be fitted by our expert tradesmen. We can fit a kitchen chosen by you or one supplied to us and we also have bespoke options available. B-interiors can install your ideal style of of worktop, whether its laminate, granite or Corian. We can also provide kitchen refurbishments by installing new worktops and cabinet doors.
Extensions - B-interiors have extensive expertise in house extensions, tailored to your personal specifications. We provide: architectural drawing, planning permission, structural calculation and party wall agreement with your neighbour if required. Our team of skilled and experienced builders guarantee quality and efficiency as well as being respectful and tidy. Single story house extensions usually takes 8-10 weeks to complete.
Basement - Basements are a great way of freeing up extra space and adding value to a home, particularly if you aren't able to extend to your garden or loft. B-interiors are happy to arrange everything - architectural plans, structural calculation, planning permission and finally creating your actual new space in the basement. Basement projects usually take around 4 to 5 months from start to finish.
Bespoke furniture - B-interiors understand that standard furniture is sometimes not right for your vision, and so we offer bespoke furniture custom made for you in our workshop. We can use materials specified by you, be it hardwood, your chosen veneer or sprayed finish.
Loft conversion - Converting your loft is an ideal way to gain extra room by using your already existing roof space. It's possible to convert your loft under lawful development provided you meet the criteria set out in the government legislation introduced in October 2008. This way you can gain up to 40 to 50 square metres depending on type of your property. It still will take about 8 weeks for the council to consider the application. Then another 6 to 8 weeks to complete the project.
Windows - We are offering wide range of windows at very competitive prices. All our windows have double glazing and fitted with installation certificate issued by your local council. You will require a building control compliance certificate if you were to sell the house. You can choose wooden sash windows or PVC casement windows. We also offer aluminium profile Bi-fold doors for your extension. The cost to supply install PVC casement windows for 3 bedroom house is £3200.
Staircase - We offer a variety of standard, classic Edwardian or custom made modern staircases.
