From our first meeting with Brian, he was always very approachable, helpful and professional. The quality of work and care from Brian and his team was excellent throughout the build. The work took around 8 months, and included extensive remodelling of the whole ground floor plus an extension to the rear. Nothing was too much trouble, the team worked tidily, and Brian also helped greatly when working with a third party supplier of a roof lantern. We are very pleased with the final result, and would very happily recommend B Sprake Building Contractors Ltd.

Brian and his amazing team have helped us create the most beautiful new home. It has taken around 8 months from start to finish and we are astounded by the quality and finish achieved. The level of skill and professionalism Brian has maintained with his team shows why they are so well regarded and we are so pleased we chose them for our project.
We chatted to Brian around a year before we started the build and with ever increasing building costs we came to a figure which we all felt worked and as far as possible we have managed to stick to this throughout what has been a really large project.
Our architect was also recommended to us by Brian and some local friends and together we designed a double story side extension with a single story wrap around kitchen / diner. We simply couldn't be happier with how things have gone and we feel very attached to Brian and his team for essentially becoming part of our family for the last year while helping us create a beautiful family home.
