Two years previous we re-plastered over all the old artex ceilings and a year previous plastered a media wall installed in the living room.
Customer had a leak from a water pipe under the floor. Whilst fixing this problem they took the opportunity to make the kitchen a much larger space.
The customer requested to the builder that we carry out the plastering work. With all the studs pre built for us we insulated and plasterboarded all areas seen in the images provided. Once we had completed that we moved on to the plastering. The customer was left very happy with the promise of even more future work to come out way.

Dashing Garden walls and Extension
A straightforward job were the customer wanted to add value to their property.
Mostly over fresh block work with some blending in to old bricks on the right of the balcony and dashed with a 6mm grey clean stone, painted to match.

This extension again built by a local builder. They took care of the plasterboarding and we came and carried out the plastering.

Customer had been let down by a local plastering firm so contacted us as they wanted it done. One day and the job was complete within a week of getting in touch.

Once we took … Read moreCustomer wanted rid of the wall papered ceiling, two walls completely re-done and some patching on the other two walls once we had taken the old dado rails out.
Once we took off the wallpaper we discovered the ceiling had a number of cracks in the old plasterboard. As we couldn’t over board the ceiling due to the coving we added extra screws and embedded a reinforced mesh in to the first coat so that any future movement wouldn’t cause the cracks to reappear.

We hacked off all the old render back to brick and block work, painted with a pre render grip paint, meshed any cracks with EML (Expanding Mental Lathe) and reinforced mesh and proceeded to render with two coats of sand and cement and then left it with a crisp alpine finish.
