Bespoke Living AIC specialise in helping domestic clients extend, renovate and refurbish their homes.
We work in South Wales and since setting up our company we have delivered numerous successful home extensions and renovations throughout Cardiff and the surrounding areas. 

We are uniquely set up to offer all design services in house, including architectural drawings, interiors, planning applications, Building Control approval, Party Wall notices and Welsh Water approvals if necessary. We are also happy to co-ordinate all other requirements such as the input from a Structural Engineer.
We will provide you with a fully priced quotation itemising the overall build cost of your project along with a federation of Master Builders building contract, schedule of works and finishes specification. All this ensures you know what is always going on and allows us to maintain the quality service we have based our success upon.

Extension & Refurbishment Pontcanna

Our Client in Pontcanna had just purchased a great Victorian period property but it lacked the spaces they needed to live the lifestyle they wanted. They contacted us to take advantage of our free live design session to explore what the possibilities where and how the property could be extended and altered to suit there own personal bespoke requirements. 
We identified the opportunity to use permitted devlopment rights to build a full width extension to the rear of the house and open up the living spaces to the front of the house with the new extensions to the rear.

Cyncoed Rise - Cyncoed, Cardiff

We where approached by our clients at Cyncoed Rise and asked to deliver a new open plan Kitchen, Dining room and Living Space. The current configuration was 3 serperate spaces with walls seperating meaning the connection was dfficult and the best use of space was not being achieved. 
We visited the property and discussed the brief in detail and produced a sketch layout showing how the space could be altered and the rear elevation of the property opened up with large format sliding doors to make the most of the view. 
Following this we produced a set of detailed design and construction information, a fully priced estimate and schedule of works for agreement with the client. Once this was all in place and the client was happy to proceed we commenced with the build. We hope you like the results.
