Biocraft Ltd is a long established specialist building contractor operating throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and Surrey. As a leading specialist contractor in the home counties we carry out all types of damp proofing, waterproofing and specialist services including basement conversions, basement extensions, specialist damp surveys, damp proofing, timber treatment (woodworm & dry rot treatment), water leak detection, flood repair and condensation control.
Biocraft Ltd is based in Reading, Berkshire and we are full members of the Property Care Association (PCA), the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association (BWPDA) and the Basement Waterproofing Association (BWA), the Federation of Master Builders and Constructionline. We work closely with these organisations to ensure the quality of our workmanship.
Biocraft is an approved contractor for Triton Chemical Manufacturing Co. Ltd and Isola Platon cavity membrane basement waterproofing systems. Triton Chemicals are the leading manufacturers of products and cavity membrane basement waterproofing products for the building preservation industry.
As members of the Property Care Association (PCA), Biocraft is authorised to offer GPI insured guarantees which provides a back up to the Biocraft company guarantee. The GPI insured guarantee provides you and future owners of the property with the benefit of “guarantee protection”.
Biocraft Ltd is committed to quality, safety and the environment. We work with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and the Thames Valley Construction Training Association (TVCTA) in relation to the training and development of our staff.
We carry £10 million public liability and £5 million employer liability insurance together with professional indemnity and full contracts insurance. Our staff are fully trained in health and safety and have Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards.
