We welcomed Alex and his team into our home for ten weeks. The process from initial quotation to completion was professional and of the highest quality. Alex ensured that even the most minor details were what we envisioned, allowing us to be part of the design and build process. Care was taken to enable us to continue living comfortably whilst other rooms were renovated, even with two young and curious children. The renovation was a considerable investment for us, and we needed to put our money and home in the hands of someone we could trust. Alex was just this; I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Black Tip managed our house renovation project from start to finish. We had new bathrooms added and some minor structural work done downstairs. All work was done to a very high standard by excellent tradesman. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Alex at Blacktip Developments was the opposite of everything you fear when employing a builder. His communication, at all stages, was first rate. He recommended getting building control involved (even if not strictly required). But it was indicative of his attention to detail and quality. He and his team arrived on the day planned, completed the work to schedule despite some challenging weather, with surprisingly little dust and mess created inside the property. The work was carried out to a very high standard with options presented and discussed openly. The work was also completed to the original quote with no nasty surprises. We never expected having building work done to be a pleasant experience - but it was. We would happily employ Blacktip Developments again.
