Breyer Roofing were appointed by Marshall Aerospace to carry out the installation of a translucent overlay system to many existing rooflights within the metal sheet roof to Hangar 17.
Breyer Group were appointed to carry out internal and external refurbishment to three distinct areas within Pearscroft Road. Jepson House is a 20 storey, high rise, residential tower block containing 67 units. 40-54 Pearscroft Road is a low rise, 2 storey blocks containing 8 units and 2-38 Pearscroft Road forms 21 no. town houses in 3 separate blocks. All residents remained in occupation during the works. This contract forms part of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Decent Homes Capital Works 1 & 6 Programme.
Breyer Roofing were appointed as the Principle Contractor for Basildon District Council’s (previously St. Georges Community Housing) District-wide re-roofing Programme, in accordance with the LHC EX1 – R arrangement. The Programme had a budget of £1.7m. To date, we have completed £4.8m of works for the Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO).

Breyer Roofing were appointed to replace roof coverings and cement rainwater goods to over 2500m2 of roofs. Over a 1000m of guttering and cement roof sheets were used to restore these historic artefacts which are museum exhibits in their own right. These works were funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Breyer Group were appointed as Principle Contractor to undertake exemplar energy efficiency upgrade works. The Scheme comprised the extensive internal and external refurbishment specifically to three tower blocks reaching 23 storeys on the Ethelred Estate, namely Brittany Point, Elkington Point and Ward Point. Brittany Point is a 22-storey tower block completed in 1972 containing 113 flats. Elkington Point is an 18-storey tower block completed in 1972 containing 88 flats. Ward Point is a 20-storey tower block completed in 1972 containing 90 flats. The scheme aims to provide Decent Homes inside exemplar energy efficiency buildings creating a 360 Degree sustainable and integrated community.
Breyer Roofing were appointed to carry out the installation of a green roof to the newly constructed Odney Club, John Lewis Conference Centre in Cookham, Berkshire. One of a number of facility and conference centres owned by the John Lewis Partnership, the Odney Club is situated within a 120-acre site along the River Thames, making it a welcome retreat for visitors. The client required a turf roof system to be delivered on time and within budget.
Wealden District Council required a Contractor / Service Provider to undertake Major Repairs and Improvement Works and carry out cyclical maintenance works to its housing stock. Wealden District Council’s Housing Service manages approximately 3,230 properties, of these 531 are sheltered dwellings and 97 are leasehold retirement properties. The District has a low population density for the South East with 167 people per square kilometre, whereas the average for the South East is 421 people per square kilometre.
