Most new build properties will more than likely have a basic generic layout designed with square rooms closed off with lots of doors, nowadays this is not ideal for the modern family lifestyle. This modern living space was created by removal of the existing structure, demolition of the main external wall connecting kitchen and dining with structural alterations and adding a larger glass roof letting in an abundance of natural light. This project was bespoke designed and tailored to the clients requirements, no other property the area has this same unique design. This new space for living is combined with kitchen dining and living to the rear of the property, perfect for family, social, and entertaining expanding into the rear garden
