Nestled in the vibrant heart of Hackney, we’ve meticulously renovated a delightful house, raising it to an exceptional standard of living. Our renovation endeavor was exhaustive, covering every aspect of the home’s interior with a sharp focus on innovative design principles. Extensive carpentry work was executed, resulting in the crafting of customized kitchen fittings, wardrobes, and shelving units, each tailored to seamlessly blend with the home’s aesthetic vision.

A notable feature is the extensive use of Microcement throughout the space, lending a contemporary yet timeless allure to the interiors. Paired with carefully chosen complementary elements, this versatile material infuses the home with a sense of tranquility and sophistication.

The culmination of our endeavors is a modern sanctuary nestled in London’s bustling heart, where simplicity meets elegance and comfort intertwines with style.

We successfully executed a unique lower ground floor extension, expanding the kitchen dining area with the strategic use of extensive glass panels to optimise natural light. This approach resulted in a luminous and inviting ambiance, elevating the home’s overall appeal.

To seamlessly integrate the living spaces, substantial structural modifications were undertaken, transforming the three-story residence into a cohesive, open-plan layout. The final aesthetic showcases a harmonious blend of natural limestone accents, parquet flooring, and distinctive aluminium window frames and bifold doors, embodying contemporary elegance and superior craftsmanship.

The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of a four-story house in De Beauvoir, driven by a design-centric approach. The entire layout was reconfigured, with bathrooms and the kitchen relocated to different floors and newly constructed. Strict conservation regulations were followed, ensuring all materials and modifications adhered to stringent guidelines.

Extensive structural work included engineering, fabricating, and installing a new loft mezzanine floor with steel supports, and a new roof structure, integrating seamlessly with the existing framework while enhancing stability and functionality.

The interior refurbishment featured elaborate carpentry work, with bespoke, one-of-a-kind doors and a custom-designed kitchen crafted to complement the open, modern aesthetic.
