We purchased our house which we thought was a bargain only to uncover so may problems, and with only six weeks to our move in deadline CTMcann was the best thing that ever happened.
Within six weeks CTMcann completely Gutted and rebuilt the whole house!, Damp Proofed, re-wire electrics , re-installed all plumbing and boiler, plastered and screeded throughout, replaced the bathroom , kitchen, and installed a new downstairs toilet, all to a high level of quality, and with all finihsings including flooring, carpets, curtains decoration, Cat5 Network to complete!
Still now we can’t believe all this was completed in six weeks!
I cannot vouch enough for Colin, Andy, Strawbs and all the team who were at all times most professional, courteous and above all, nothing was too much of a problem, it was a pleasure to do business with such a great British Company.

Our clients saw that there was an opportunity to bring this building into new residential use with a sympathetic and careful repair and build.
Out detailed project management meant working closely with the clients and the local Authority planners and Conservation team.
We have designed re-built and modernised the farmhouse applying our own thoughts as well as implementing those of the client and conservation officer.
The client had the thought to have an environmentally sound heating system. The complex thermal underground heat exchange project was designed and then effected by CT McCann Contractors.
The finished contract gives a fantastic quality of finish and superb looking building that our clients and future owners can enjoy.

These are two new build pre-school buildings that were within the curtilage of existing schools.
The client had obtained leases from Hampshire County Council (HCC) to build and operate pre-schools within the grounds of the existing schools.
Following tender and a lengthy assessment process by the client’s external project support practice C T McCann Contractors were selected to construct the new facilities.
The build of both units and the access to these was to be on land that was used as existing school playing grounds. Due to these complexities the attention to the planning and procedure prior to commencement needed to be given very high importance.
The additional care and conduct extended to the preliminaries to the contract and these involved meetings with HCC, the client and the school representatives.
We were able to display a full and comprehensive knowledge of the CDM and the Health & Safety regulations and requirements so that we could ensure all parties were satisfied with and in receipt of the necessary Risk Assessment and Method Statement produced by us.
The units were designed to provide much needed Pre-School facilities in the County and included two classrooms with toilet facilities, separate staff rooms and kitchen areas as well as external play ares.
We were able to hand over the completed buildings to the highest standards to the client on time and earlier than the contract date.
The buildings were officially opened by Councillor Peter Edgar who is an Executive Member for Education at Hampshire County Council.

John & Helen Buckwell opened Buckwells Butchers in 1987 and quickly flourished into one of the South’s top butchers.
CT McCann were asked to design and effect new back counter area and flooring for John & Helen.
McCann builders have made an excellent job on our recent shop refurbishments, interpreting our requirements and putting in their own ideas as well.
The work was done at the weekends, so we had very little disruption. We have used McCann builders previously and they have always been flexible to our needs.

This is a large waterfront property for a high profile owner.The decoration was effected only some three years previous but has suffered from possible poor preparation that has not lasted well against the prevailing winds and weather from Poole Harbour.Some of the very ornamental timbers needed replacement prior to careful preparation and finished in the best products used as per manufacturers specification. We are confident that the works effected will give a longer and better protection to the building.The high profile client was impressed with the care and conduct of our team of dedicated decorators who effected the correct full preparation and finished decoration."Top decoration job done by a fantastic company"Client Mr H R.
