This multipurpose garden room is approximately 6m x 4m and is clad in Cedar. With aluminium bi-fold doors and an engineered real wood flooring. All electrics for the garden room and subsequent garden external lighting were all discretely buried. A new concrete base was laid to ensure a level and solid foundation to build from.
Cedar clad with cladding sourced locally by ourselves. EPDM rubber roof and maintenance free upvc fascia and windows. Anthracite grey aluminium bi-fold doors and plastered inside.

This project was independently inspected as part of the joining criteria to become a Master Builder with the FMB. This is what the inspector had to say. 

"An excellent example of a bespoke designed/built garden room, constructed to an excellent
standard throughout and the builder demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of the correct construction detailing for this type of structure."
