This project was inspection on behalf of the Federation of Master Builders by the independent inspection company The BBA on 23/05/2023.

This project consisted of a large master bathroom combining bedroom, new partition wall has been erected reconfiguring the layout of the bedroom and bathroom area. 

All walls and ceilings have been replastered and decorated, with specialist niche lighting being designed for the area's around ceilings, cupboards, mirrors, sink units and floors. 

In the bathroom all walls have been tiled with a wet room area with double showers, double sinks have also been installed. 

In the bedroom a stand alone bath has been installed in the window, specialist floating cupboards fitted and tiled flooring laid throughout.
