Cleveland Road Happy Shopper was a complete property refurbishment project that took place between 2016/2017. The building had previously been used as a bakery but had stood empty for a number of years and required extensive restoration. The project included extensive structural work and brickwork, the installation of a new pitched roof, rewiring of electrical systems, complete internal refurbishment of the shop area and upstairs flats, installation of automatic sliding doors and replacement of all windows.
