We were brought in on this project to design and build to the client’s vision. We completed a detailed set of plans which passed the planning process with no amendments. We built a large double storey extension to the rear, a double storey extension to the side and rebuilt the front of the house while also raising the roof of the garage. Internally we knocked down the compete back of the house and also the bottom side flank of the building. All internal walls were then removed to make way for a new layout on both floors. Three upstairs bathrooms were then added along with a downstairs cloakroom, a 40m2 kitchen and utility room. Turning a tired 3 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom luxury build. The garden had new fencing and composite decking installed and the client wished to turf the rear themselves. The front garden was transformed into a 110m2 resin bound driveway and area ready for turf. The front of the house was K rendered white with anthracite grey fascia and soffit all round to really add kurb appeal. The matching upvc anthracite grey windows, doors and sectional garage door really finished the build off. Double
For this project we came in to only do the build part as the client had already sourced their own plans. They like myself they had a young family so we had to take extra precautions to keep the working areas always safe and tidy to prevent the young children from coming into harms way.We created a beautiful orangery with extra thick double glazed units filled with argon gas and blue tinted to help keep the extension cool in the summer. We then knocked through the back section of the house along with a section of the adjacent flank to create a huge kitchen / dining area. Above a previous single storey extension, we built a pitched roof 2nd floor extension to create a new 5th bedroom.We finished the job with a new patio area and pathway including brick built steps heading up the the grass area.
For this project we were brought in to design the plans for the rear extension and the full refurb. The client outsourced an external interior designer that we worked along side to full transform the home. The house was in a major state of disrepair when we were brought in and extensive work to the sub and super structure was needed along with a full rewire and new plumbing throughout. Working to a top spec we turned the build around into a top show home ready for the rental market to maximise the client’s investment.Changing the kitchen to the 1st floor of this town house created a 30m2 kitchen. We sourced and brought in a huge marble slab for the island measuring 3.5m by 2.2m. Getting this enormous piece of marbled that weighed over 300kg was a real challenge in itself. The finished project is truly beautiful. To the rear we created a single storey extension and knocked through the back of the house to create a 65m2 ground floor cinema room. Within this room we install a huge custom built aluminium lantern to the whole of the flat roof.We went on to further work with the client on more high end investment properties and have built a fantastic working relationship.
