Our project was a full internal refurbishment and extension to a 150 year old property. Coldwells Building Company were responsible for delivering all of the joinery works on our build. Being an old property in disrepair, it threw up many technical challenges and obstacles, all of which were expertly overcome by Ross and his team. The communication was excellent. They interacted with our other contractors and tradesman really well and we were always kept informed of what the team were doing, why they were doing it, and when each stage of the build would be complete. If any additional work was required, it was agreed in advance. We were advised the reason why, what our options were, and how much each alternative would costs, thus guaranteeing we retained full control and had no surprises when the time came to pay the bill. We complicated the build by moving into the property before the completion date. The guys on site managed that situation really well. Respecting our family's boundaries, whilst concurrently keeping up with progress of the build. The high quality craftsmanship and standard of finish the team achieved exceeded our expectations.
