Single storey extension to the back of the property with with Under Floor heating installed. New Bifold Doors installed along with Velux window in the roof. This left the light flood in. We removed an internal wall and fitted steelwork supporting the wall above. A loft conversion with a Dormer and new roof for the 2 new bedrooms and bathroom. We also fitted a new staircase and changed the banisters on the lower part of the property to match the new one. Fire doors installed. Plastering carried out and the finishing touch was the interior decorating. One very happy client.
This project was inspected by the FMB's independent inspection company as part of becoming a Master Builder and joining the Federation of Master Builders.
