John – Now that we finally have broadband enabled, we’d both like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation for your assistance with getting to where we are now. Apartment 2 at Dalmhor is fabulous and delivers on the high specification that you promised it would be. We are so pleased at having had the freedom to influence the layout to suit our particular needs. You’ve always been very fair and keen to arrive at an equitable resolution whenever the odd challenge presented itself.
