FMB Membership Services Dept:

This project was inspected as part of FMB’s ongoing inspection programme to ensure members continue to meet the high standards expected of a Master Builder.

Inspector comments included:

The project was a timber frame single story rear extension at an end of terraced house. The Local Authority Building control have signed off the relevant work so far.

This is a work in progress at the early shell stage. The doors and windows fitted so far operate correctly.

The internal walls and floors are plumb and level. The ceilings are smooth and flat. The external masonry stonework has been finished to a good standard and are straight, flat and level. Work area was neat, tidy and safe.
