About Us
Having been founded in 2000 we are now a well established company in the south Manchester and Cheshire area. Focusing on the long term has allowed us to build the experience to deliver the project you want to the highest standards.
Our four main areas of work are Extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions and new builds.
Extensions are our main area of expertise and over the last 20+ years we have done all types of extensions from small front porches to large swimming pool extensions and everything in between.
Refurbishments, this can either be as part of an extension or a stand alone project.
Loft conversions are something we have done a lot of over the years but have seen a dramatic increase in since the pandemic. A type of project that has the potential to be quite messy, we have developed ways to minimise any of the mess and leave you with an outstanding finished project.
New builds, from home offices and outbuildings to bespoke homes. Once again, we have the expertise.
Cost, quality and time are the 3 areas that clients tend to worry about the most, from our experience these are valid concerns as these are the 3 areas where we see most problems arising.
Our focus to manage these three elements through transparency and clear communication. Going through these elements in detail, at the start, and showing the client how any changes impact means the client can have confidence in our skillset as well as our ability to deliver their project in line with those 3 elements.

Award Winning
In 2006 and 2007 we were awarded by the Federation of Master Builders the best project in the North West.
In 2006 we were awarded the top prize for the Medium Renovation Project in the North West for a sympathetic extension to a 200 year old cottage in Lymm. This project was feature in the Manchester evening news.
In 2007 it was for an extension, loft conversion and full reroof to an existing property in Bramhall Stockport which won the award for best Small Renovation Project in the North West. Even 15 plus years on it still looks well.
In 2021 we received an award for Building Company of the Year in the North West from the Federation of Master Builders for our investment in our staff and how we’d managed our clients journey when projects had to stop and restart with the onset of the pandemic in 2020.
We repeated that achievement again in 2023 becoming the first company to win back to back Building Company of the Year awards, in the North West, from the Federation of Master Builders.

The work carried out by EP Muldoon when building an extension for me at 3 Felltop Drive Reddish was completed with a minimum of disturbance and finished to a very high standard.
