Joe has over 47 years' experience in the construction Industry, 15 years was spent as a subcontract bricklayer with a City & Guilds qualification. He then spent 10 years as a contracts manager within a large business completing contracts worth over £1 million. After this he finally decided to set up his own construction company Elite Property Development which has been running for 19 years

Joe & his team has successfully completed numerous design & build projects over the years. With his extensive knowledge of all things construction nothing is too much when it comes to a new project. He always ensures that each project runs within the time scale planned as well as efficiently, on budget, safely & to a high standard . He has a genuine interest in design & architecture.

Over the years Joe has been responsible for the growth as well as the day to day running of the business. He will always make time to be on site & communication is key when it comes to clients. He has worked hard to build a reliable, resilient & competent team who continue to represent the business & what it stands for. A family man, who supports local charity's & sports teams. His personal interests include travelling, watching sports & checking out the latest movies.
