F&S is a progressive general building company with a difference, and the reason why? I believe I can deliver better than most in this industry, and i will prove this to my customers by following a great set of company values.
I have over 17 years of experience as a joiner and have worked in many disciplines from new build to restorations. I have been lucky enough to have served our country as a member of the British Army for 12 years. This means my company is disciplined, resilient, resourceful and above all respectful to my customers. Upon leaving the Army in 2016 as a leader of a 30 multi disciplined and cross functional team, I practised project management in a financial services environment. This means I can offer you a sound knowledge of resource allocation, budget, and a firm understanding of the scope of works.

As F&S grows it will invest a strong dedication to help service leavers transition from their given role and into a new one where you as a customer will benefit from the above mentioned attributes and they gain experience in a new life outside of the MOD. So, when you invest in F&S you are also investing in a serviceman and woman in their transition.
