I used Grant Builders for a Garage Conversion and Bathroom. I was quoted that it would take four weeks to complete and it did to the day. I couldn't be more happy with the final result. The workmen arrived at my house at the same time every morning without fail and cleaned up at the end of the day when they left The standard of work that they have produced is excellent. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism and motivation to provide quality work. For a single mum of a daughter we felt utterly safe at all times. I felt that the team listened and completely understood what I needed and ensured that they provided this within the build. Another important aspect for me was being able to have contact with Claire and Faye at the office to ask questions. They were always polite and professional and no question went unanswered, usually within the hour. I would without question use Grant Builders again.

Grant Builders completed a two story rear extension and complete internal refurbishment in 2020. The team took time to listen to our requirements and were readily available to discuss matters and concerns throughout the build. On the whole, pricing for the work and materials was clear. Where additional work needed to be undertaken that was unforeseen, Grant raised this quickly and worked with us to find cost effective solutions within our budget. Yes, issues cropped up and it is important to keep a close eye on the work. Importantly, where issues cropped up, Grant Builders aimed to resolve these and not dismiss or take short cuts. Generally, the standard of any sub contractors used by Grant Builders was of a high standard. Importantly, Grant Builders took full responsibility and made sure any issues relating to work completed by them were resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the building work completed and the service provided.

Leon and his team carried out the construction of a rear and side extension on our house. Their work was very good, and the finish excellent, we were very happy with the results. All the team were polite, courteous and hard working. Leon's knowledge, experience and contact helped ease neighbours worries, made dealing with building control personnel easy and he coordinated different trades to make sure everything was completed on time. If you are looking for a construction company I would highly recommend Grant Builders.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Grant Builders for complete building and construction services work. They carried out our major ground floor kitchen replanning and rear extension with side utility room and cloakroom. The team are very professional in their approach and attitude to the project. More importantly it was finished to budget and on time. From our architectual drawings They took on the project management role from start to finish. Would definitely use their services again.

I was impressed by the professionalism of Grant Builders from the first day. They checked with me all the time that I was happy with what had been achieved. Grant builders converted an external garage into a habitable space for us. (3 external rooms). I am really please with the process from begining to end. Team were professional, friendly, honest and reliable. They carried out the work with minimal disruption. They checked in every day to make sure we were happy and willingly made changes / alterations along the way. The conversion is absolutely beautiful, top workmanship and I am really please with it. I'm so pleased I found Grant builders to do this work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

We had a single storey extension with pitch roof, vaulted ceiling and external and internal bifold doors. All the work was to a very high standard, met all planned completion dates, dealt with issues and minor changes quickly and to our satisfaction. Leon, Katherine and all their builders were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend Grant Builders.

This is the second time we’ve used Grant Builders and would highly recommend them to all. We undertook a huge build/renovation whilst living on site but the whole team made this so much easier than expected! Everybody was so supportive and helpful with all decisions and issues that arose along the way, when we came down with covid as a family the office manager even brought us dinner! If we ever move and do another build we would use Grant Builders again without hesitation. Thank you to all.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending Grant Builders. Our home needed some serious renovation. We decided upon a side extension and loft extension, rewiring and central heating. The whole house was affected. They communicated effectively and we collaborated well throughout the build, enabling us to live in the house pretty much the whole time work went on around us. The office back-up was amazing and when difficulties arose - hard to get materials - Grant's always had a plan. We had a core team that came every day. Always on time. Polite and considerate. And when extra trades were needed Grants managed them well. Crucially they delivered on time and to budget. We're thrilled. Naturally there have been snags once the build finished and they've followed up every tiny thing. We cannot fault them.

Grant Builders are fantastic to work with. We had a garage converted into a kitchen family room , We also have plans to go above the new kitchen. Which we will definitely have Grant Builders back to do. The whole team are tidy. The are very polite any questions we had were always answered. They cleaned up after themselves . Every friday before the weekend everything was clean so we could use our driveway. We would recommend them always.

I would definitely recommend Grant Builders, they transformed our house giving us extra space we needed with loft conversion and rear extension.
