Grimes Finishings Ltd are a commercial construction company with extensive experience in all sectors of the commercial, industrial, medical and property market. Based in Solihull, we specialise in plastering, partitioning, screeding, rendering, insulation, painting, tiling, ceiling, raised access floors and general maintenance within the West Midlands and further afield.
We have worked on all kinds of projects, from affordable homes for Housing Association clients, School and Hospital projects, to luxury houses and apartments. This broad experience is especially valuable where value engineering is crucial to ensure scheme viability.
We have over 80 years' experience between us, giving us a wealth of knowledge. Our on site team consist of contracts managers and on site foreman who monitor and organise our labour force to ensure the highest quality workmanship.
At present we have 350+ site operatives, with the ability to up the work force to 400 all pre checked and tested operatives. Our ability to service high volume developments with consistent quality is born from our passion to ensure the service we offer our clients is superior to our competition.
