Heath Design and Construction is a well-established construction company founded over 40 years ago, based in Swindon, Wiltshire. We provide a full construction service from conception to completion and are registered with the Federation of Master Builders and the NHBC (National House Building Council).

The majority of our workforce have been employed by Heaths for much of their working life and many were or still are apprenticed and trained by the company.
All projects are managed on a daily basis by the directors which ensure a high quality of work is completed on time and within budget.
Our Services:
From extensions to barn conversions, insurance works to school buildings, we will handle any construction work you need.
We carry out both domestic and commercial contracts and our highly skilled in-house team ensure a high quality project from start to finish. A high percentage of our projects come from recommendations and we also undertake a large amount of repeat business from clients that we have worked with over a number of years.
Listed Buildings:
We have successfully completed numerous projects to listed buildings, to both domestic dwellings and public buildings such as village halls and churches. We work closely with clients, architects and conservation officers in order to achieve the highest standards of finish.
New Domestic Builds:
We are capable of providing the full construction package from groundworks right through to the installation of your final fixtures and fittings, including all mechanical and electrical works. We will  liaise with the Local Planning Authority and Building Control Officers and will work closely with both architects and clients to produce a bespoke property of the highest quality.
Refurbishments and Extensions:
From single and two storey extensions to internal refurbishments and structural alterations, we will work closely with local architects and engineers to carry out the works in a sympathetic, controlled and ultimately tidy manner, often whilst our clients remain in residence.
Insurance Works:
We have the capacity to undertake large scale refurbishments after damage caused by fire, flood, impact damage etc. and work closely with clients, loss adjusters and insurance companies to ensure a smooth project from start to finish.
We generally work around Wiltshire and the surrounding areas including South Oxfordshire, as well as along the M4 corridor. We would be happy to discuss your project should it fall outside of this area.
