Double story extension
2 story extension to replace existing single story extension. Sub base floor was not structal enough se we had to start from scratch. English bond brickwork to match original. 2 new PVC wood grain PVC windows to match original under the local authority rules. Ground floor has a Wren utility room and W/C and 1st floor having a new walk in shower room with tiled floor.
New roof
we discovered the original roof covered with dry rot. We completely removed the roof and started fresh.
Refurbishments
Complete house refurb to all walls and ceilings being plastered, ground floor to have natural stone tiles. Old kitchen removed to be moved to the rear of the building. Structal wall removed to be replaced with 2 RSJ's bolted together.

Grant and the Home Developments team completed a full ground floor refurb and single story extension for us. The project took 16 weeks in total and from start to finish we have been impressed with the team.
