From the start until the finish we really couldn’t ask for more - Nick and the team are conscientious and considerate when carrying out major building work and with a young family this was incredibly helpful (such as stopping any loud building work whilst the baby was napping) honestly nothing was ever an an issue and Nick is completely reliable and more importantly honest - probably the most important aspects and traits needed of any builder. His reputation proceeds him and nothing was an issue, including changes mid build and adding things not already quoted, he was always willing to assist. He helped stick to budget and looked for solutions throughout the build in order to do what was needed but also want we wanted. The quotation and payment plan given were crystal clear, making sure you know what you’ve got to pay at each stage of the build and that’s gives you confidence in the control aspect Especially when dealing with a very tight budget as we were.

Nick was recommended to us by a neighbour who he had recently worked for. He visited us promptly and soon supplied an itemized and costed schedule of works from our planning drawings.
Nick created a reassuring sense that he is in control and will get the job done. He was able to get a variety of workmen and materials on site at the right time. He was always pleasant and ready to listen, respond and sometimes modify the plan.
The workforce were efficient and focused on delivering each stage of the work in a timely manner. They were polite and tidy, and got on with the job. There were not many days when no one was on site. Snags were attended to promptly.
The job took a bit longer to complete than the initial time estimate partly because we added work.
We are very pleased with the outcome of our building project. The extension has considerably enhances our house.
We would have no hesitation in warmly recommending Nick and his team for other building projects.

Nick at i-Project has worked wonders getting everything arranged at the right time, and the whole job was on time and on budget.
He has a great team of guys working for him, and they obviously care about the job and even made some design suggestions to us during the build. They were all very polite and made an effort to clean up each day.
I would not hesitate to recommend I-Project to anybody.
