We used Ignite for a full house renovation and the overall finished quality was good. The project manager handled all the different tradespeople and materials, we just had to choose the kitchen and bathrooms we wanted and they installed those too. Ignite carried out a full house renovation for us, it was managed in a reasonable timeline which was our main concern, but despite some delays which are to be expected on a project of this scale, it was delivered to a satisfactory timeframe. Communication was very good with the project manager Faariss, and their general standard of quality was good. I hired Ignite to do a full house renovation and side return extension in November 2022. I was designated a Project Manager from the offset, so I did not have to deal with multiple trades, this was really helpful and managed stress levels (building is known to be stressful). The entire process was not simple, however the transparency and well organised team work made it more manageable to deal with a project of this magnitude. There were delays, yet expectations were managed and the quality finish was good. Nadeem and his team did a fantastic job refurbishing the ground floor of our house in South West London, we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. The works included the installation of underfloor heating and engineered wood flooring; fitting new kitchen, utility and w/c; decorating throughout plus more.
