We are Innovative Development; a UK based residential building firm with over 20 years of experience operating in London and its neighbouring areas.

We understand that building projects can be stressful for a variety of reasons. Innovative Development aims to provide peace of mind to its' clients. We listen, provide clear and concise explanations, avoiding jargon that can often lead to confusion.

With our skilled and experienced team, we can support you from initial design and spatial planning through to construction and sign off. We undertake bespoke building projects, ranging from new builds and  barn conversions to complete home renovations including extensions and loft conversions.

We are driven towards building environmentally friendly homes adapted for the British climate. Throughout each build we carefully consider materials for their environmental impact and performance. In many of our projects we have installed rainwater filter systems, reducing the amount of mains water used, and solar energy systems lowering energy costs. Where we can, we design for airtightness, reducing heat loss during cooler weather.
