We have found them to be efficient, helpful and very informative as to the progress being made on our works. Whilst we have been absent from our home we have also received photos from J&J on a regular basis, thus keeping us completely up to date at all times.

Working with Arthur and the J&J team was fantastic. Knowing we had guys on site who cared, got in touch if they had any issues and kept on time and to budget made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable.
The detail and quality of finish that we managed to maintain on a relatively tight budget was excellent and I would definitely use them again, that’s if they aren’t too busy!

We used J&J to completely refurbish our London flat. Arthur’s easy yet confident personality and highly accomplished team of workmen made the whole experience very easy and quite honestly a pleasure.
They gave us an honest time line and stuck to it. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we saved so much time using many of Arthurs contacts which included a brilliant cabinet and kitchen carpenter, bathroom tiles and wooden shutter suppliers (just to mention a few) all offering high quality and in-trend products, but not at top end prices.

Arthur and his JJ Property team spent 8 months effectively rebuilding our terrace house in Parsons Green. I was in fact based abroad in Singapore which made the task of coordinating the renovation even more challenging but Arthur's excellent communication (and patience!) from the initial planning all the way through the project made it not only possible, but a fun experience.
In my opinion, Arthur really bridged the gap between Architect & Project manager. We trusted Arthur's judgement and direction and so did not have a rigid plan but the fluidity this afforded us meant that we could continuously mould the design depending on how things developed during the build.
The result has been excellent and the property still looks brand new after nearly 3 years of living. The quality of the building work, electrical & plumbing work, installation of fixtures & fittings and the finish is consistently complimented by anyone visiting the house and we have had very few issues at all.
Arthur has also been really good with any snags since we have been living there and has stayed available & been supportive well beyond the retention period. I would highly recommend JJ Property if you want a quality result.

Working with Arthur and the team at J&J on the full renovation of my 4 -story house in Fulham was a real pleasure.
In terms of working style the team were professional, tidy, friendly and considerate to my neighbours, and worked in a collaborative and collegiate way with my architects. Arthur was available pretty much 24/7, was extremely responsive and had a great attention to detail.
In terms of process, Arthur really made it look like doing a house renovation is easy (!) - seamlessly coordinating the different suppliers and ensuring all the materials arrived at the right time so that everything came together perfectly. J&J even completed the project ahead of schedule (practically unheard of on residential build projects!).
In terms of build quality then I think they did a great job – the proof being that my snagging list and any settlement cracks were minimal and several years on everything still works really well and looks great. I’ve recommended J&J to friends and family and if I were to do another renovation J&J would be my first choice

Our interior conversion project was very tightly budgeted and very time-sensitive. We were delighted by the proactive approach of Johnson & Johnson, in both the planning and execution of the work. The finished job is very good indeed.
The service we received throughout was excellent. Our correspondence was answered promptly and very thoroughly, and we were kept up-to-date as the project progressed, with regular photographs. Arthur Johnson himself was only ever a phone call away, which we found very reassuring.
We have no hesitation in recommending Johnson & Johnson.
