We used this building company to refurbish an old chapel that we had purchased to convert into a commercial office. I was so glad I chose Jon Bowker Limited. These guys are so professional when you compare them to typical builders. They started the job exactly when they said they would and kept me updated leading up to it. Their communication is excellent, they explain things thoroughly and in layman's terms, but more importantly, their work is second to none. They did the entire build including toilets, kitchens, and plumbing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had two extensions built onto the property. During to build the weather was awful.
Despite this the work carried on. My wife and I were very happy with the finished work. They were with us for approximately 12 weeks. High standards were applied through out. Clean, tidy and always professional. The work was completed on time as planned. Great job.

Jon (and Dan) completed a single storey rear extension for us, which completed in October 22.
Jon and Dan were extremely professional, reliable, friendly and helpful throughout the build process. Jon is very organised and is an excellent communicator who kept us informed at all times.
The workmanship and build quality was excellent and both take pride in the work they undertake. One major advantage is both Jon and Dan are multi skilled which allowed them to undertake the majority of the works for our project.
I would highly recommend Jon to undertake similar building projects.

From planning to completion service was outstanding. Most professional and courteous builders I have ever used. Would highly recommend, I wouldn't use any other builders. Flexible to all our needs, nothing was too much for them, house was left tidy during every stage of build where possible. They even worked around our dog. Constant communication throughout, follow up visits following completion to check everything was at the highest standard. Worth waiting for if you want fantastic service and the best possible job completing. Wish I could rate more stars, you wont find better!!
