As a NFRC Competent Person Scheme registered contractor we are able to self-certify that our work meets current British Standards and Building Regulations. When completing a re roof, we will notify building control that we will be starting work and again on completion. You will then receive the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate, along with our company guarantee and a 10 Year insurance backed guarantee.
