Automatic Iroko Main Gates

This individual order turned into a fantastic accomplishment of iroko gates. Digging and pouring reinforced foundations with a metal post ensures good stability. Then dressing these posts in imperial bricks produced a neat and timeless result. The gates made of iroko and hung on the reliable Roger Technologies system will serve our returning customer for many years. It took us over 4 weeks to complete it all with nearly 3 weeks lag time for foundation curing - all to make sure the job is done to highest quality. Drive is to be finished in summer with small area of tarmac around gates.

Renovation Mock Tudor Boards

This repair resulted in complete replacement of the boards for Barrie and Jan. We came across some hidden challenges but through clear and honest communication we have managed the changes with client and led to completion that looks stunning.

Roofing tiles and valley re-bedding

For Mr. Malcolm, we have re-bedded all hip, valley and ridge tiles and verges in matching color mortar in a traditional way. We have completely removed all old mortar and redone the job from scratch. Front verge has been reinforced with metal netting to avoid nasty cracks at the battens points. We have provided another 25years + peace of mind for this fantastic and kind client!

Our friendly client requested drylining their porch.
We have used moisture resistant boards installing by dab and dot and taped and filled with wide strong tape and ready-mix compound to achieve perfectly smooth surfaces. By installing 4 new LED downlights and painting with super matt white paint we have provided our friendly client with bright and exceptionally well finished entrance to their home.

Working at well designed Wimpey house to create an internal opening between the rooms and open the space to facilitate larger living space and a newly planned kitchen installation.
Another fantastic client. We have planned project with David well and executed as expected. We have supplied and installed the RSJ, boxed, blocked up a window and repositioned radiator and also made some enabling works for first fix electrics. We have managed liaison with local Building Control and ensure David is well looked after.

Beautiful setting to work at. Job planned well in advance with very experienced in the industry client. We have laid over 150m2 of the Indian calibrated sandstone slabs, chosen and supplied by client. Built few steps and blocked up a wall. Slabs placed on wet mortar, vibrated with adequate equipment ensuring full adhesion. Sealed 3 times to ensure any stubborn stains will come off easily in the future. Took a team of 3 just over 2 weeks. Completed well within agreed timescale to high quality and at agreed budget.
