Double story extension to the rear & a single story extension to the side.

Internally the extension has created an open living plan on the ground floor at the rear of the property, all of the original rear ground floor wall has been removed with steelwork installed to support the walls above. The single storey part of the extension has created an utility room and ground floor toilet. On the 1st floor the extension has created a new master bedroom with dressing room and an en-suite. Utility room, new kitchen with new appliances. Fully rewired.

This project was independently inspected as part of the joining criteria to become a Master Builder with the Federation of Master Builders.
