Garage Conversion into Bedroom, Shower Room & Gym

Garage conversions provide great solutions to add additional living space without the need to extend. Not only does a garage conversion make use of existing space its cuts down on costs and building works compared to an extension.

With this project, we worked closely with the client's vision to achieve several functional rooms. Once used as a large storage area. We transformed the space into a bedroom, separate shower & toilet room and gym area. The conversion provided an additional room for there growing family and a completely separate gym area for all to use.

It is recommended to seek advice from your local planning authority to check you are able to convert under permitted development rights. It's also advantageous to get some plans drawn up before you start to maximise the space and receive accurate quotes.
