Our client wanted the total renovation and reconfiguration of an existing footprint into a new kitchen. From start to finish our goal was to help create the family focus kitchen the customer has always wanted. Working with Howdens we were able to create a beautiful space that incorporated the a utility room, family kitchen, a separate dining space and direct access to the garden via a new French patio door. We really enjoyed creating this dream outcome for our client and we are very proud of the complete article.

A beautifully "Old Sunday School " in gorgeous quaint village of Langtoft in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our clients wanted to convert this unloved building into a lovely family home.

The property was a derelict and had been empty for many years. The process was to steel frame the internal building in order to create the first floor and the three bedrooms and bathroom. After installing all the first fix, our team needed to install all second fix and amenities. Lastly it was final finish, which is décor, flooring, tiling and snagging any issues. From start to finish the project was an enjoyable project to work on for the team and the clients were very pleased with the outcome.

House refurbish and conversion from start to finish.  Our clients wanted us to work with them to help create the house they wanted.  We went back to brick and completed a whole house rewire and renewed all plumbing services for them.  The results been an outstanding finish for the customer and lovely family home.  

This example was part of a bigger project for us. As part of the Normanby case study we had to install 6 new bathrooms for the client.
