Our client had bought this building comprising 6 apartments, however they were in very poor condition and need of renovatation. Ryder Maintenance were commissioned to renovate the entire building throughout, including front & rear elevations, repairing the lift, all communal areas, roof replacement, rewiring throughout, installing new boilers & heating systems in to each apartment, new kitchens, completely redecorating throughout including the replacement of all fittings and flooring. The refurbishment has brought the apartments up to a corporate rental standard and our client was thrilled with the results.
