Read Side Extension This stylish house extension involved the full reconfiguration of the lower ground along with a full refurb of the upper ground as well as a loft conversion; converting this 3 bed house into a 5 bedroom home. The kitchen conveys a wonderful melange of country and contemporary styles with a bright living space to suit all needs. The bar area - la piece de resistance - clearly defines the personality of the place, being like a splash of colour that stands out from the room. The slide panoramic doors strengthen the idea of brightening up the space and are definitely a ‘must have’ during the hot, sunny weather. However, this house has been completely transformed to cater for everyones needs. Thus, the loft has cleverly been converted into two en-suite bedrooms linked by a Jack & Jill bathroom. This type of bathroom is a brilliant way of saving space while still allowing everyone to remain private. Additionally, all bathrooms have been redesigned into streamlined spaces with contemporary character to suit the same style and feel of the place.
Rear Kitchen Extension This stylish rear kitchen extension entailed a complete reconfiguration of the ground floor to create a larger living space and preserve the natural light. This mélange between the English & Indian culture, of both old & new conveys the authenticity of the place. What’s more, this bright, airy space was mainly created through the installation of the Velux roof windows - which give another modern touch to the place. Additionally, the garden has also suffered a complete redesign along with the installation of a new patio and the new turf layout. This home extension has converted the lower ground level into a contemporary, yet cosy family gathering space.
Rear & Side Kitchen Extension This astonishing and sophisticated, monochrome open plan kitchen/ dining area was beautifully created though a rear & side house extension. This everlasting combination of black & white was the optimum solution to modernise this rusty Victorian home. The square Velux windows are meant to not only modernise and lighten the whole space but also to break up the usual boring, ceiling area.
Rear Side Extension The purpose of this buoyant rear side extension was to create a larger and more attractive kitchen & dining area. One of the main requirements of the project was to preserve the natural light, which we did through the agency of the Velux roof windows together with the sliding patio doors and brightness of the walls and the furniture. The bright combination of the dining area exudes cosiness and happiness through its rainbow-like colours. This state-of-the-art home extension - which contrasts the rest of the house - portrays the perfect family home.
