I had Brendan and his son fix issues with leaks in the front and back of my house due to poor cavity tray installation. He came out promptly after contacting him to give me a quote and provided an accurate price as well as date for when he could complete the work. Brendan had the issues fixed in a week. Hired Brendan to replace old 30m2 patio. Only builder willing to lift old patio slabs and not drop new ones on top. Fitted drainage under new patio and built a small retaining wall between patio and lawn to really set it off. Finished the job by replacing dated side gate and adding new fence panels. Delighted with work, Brendan takes a great pride in his work and makes sure his customers happy. Will use his services again and I highly recommend you do too. - David Clugston
