Two Story extension and alterations.

In this instance we demolished the existing detached double garage and in its place built a large two story extension comprising of two additional bedrooms with en suites, a new family bathroom, open plan kitchen/living area and utility room.

We added a smaller extension to the right hand side of the building to make room for the store and home gym.

We added a new heating and hot water system with Megaflow in the roof space and completely rewired the property to suit the clients specification.

Externally we finished the property with Cedral cladding and K-Rend, added some beautiful reclaimed oak posts to support the mono pitched roof and created a simple yet stylish slate driveway.

A small project with a big impact. A client called to say they were unhappy with their current ensuite location and design feeling it stole too much floor space from the adjoining bedroom. 2 weeks later we had designed, removed existing and rebuilt a wonderful ensuite which offered a far more practical use of space. A fun build we were happy to undertake.

A fantastic project consisting of the conversion of a double garage to create an additional bedroom, ensuite and utility room, the construction of a large timber framed car port and porch, 1st floor alterations and installation of composite cladding to replace exterior tile hanging.

The construction of a 1st floor extension creating an additional master bedroom with ensuite and new large landing. The project involved removing the existing kitchen roof and building over an existing ground floor extension. A build with plenty of challenges not least the provision of a large temporary roof to ensure the kitchen remains dry and usable whilst we worked above but one that perfectly illustrates the huge impact a relatively small yet well designed extension can have on a home.

A challenging project with the property located on the banks of a canal meaning difficult ground conditions but one we thoroughly enjoyed with an end result we are very proud of.
