We worked on this sensational semi-detached Victorian period house in one of Chelsea’s most desirable streets. The works included total refurbishment and extension in the basement to create a family room with attached state of the art kitchen. Ground floor double reception rooms with high ceilings were also complemented by a stunning fit-out. There were a further three floors of bedrooms with en-suit and stunning family bathrooms.
This was all finished to the highest specification with top of the range sound systems, along with air conditioning and CCTV in many rooms, under floor heating in the kitchen basement area and all bath and shower rooms.
