5-acre Development

Our last major project, along with a partner was the purchased of a 5-acre bare site in New Zealand. We developed the site with 22 building plots of varying sizes. Each house built was of an individual design and size, timber framed construction, external brick skin and quality finishing throughout. At nearly 300m2 (3’300ft2), this house was designed around the family. With its large open family area, diner and large kitchen. 4.8m (16ft) by-folding doors opening onto a large decked area covered with a pitched roof, ideal for all year round living and entertaining.
