This project started as a standard 4 bedroom house however once finished was a 4 bedroom house with an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, office and utility room simply by rearranging the layout.
Scope: Full strip of all internal walls and floors, reinstate new floors level, new plasterboard to every wall and skim. Knock through 5 rooms to become 1 large open living area and knock through in to garage requiring 6 steal beams and columns. Re-design entire wall layout to suit customer and build to suit ergonomics of proposed use.
Underfloor heating in every room
Tiling to bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, hall and engineered wood to bedrooms, office, utility, upstairs hall.
2x full walk-in wetroom bathrooms.
New Oak & Glass staircase
New doors throughout
Full re-wire, new consumer unit and spotlights in every room
